The theatre program at Wheaton Academy has a long rich tradition of excellence. For over 30 years, students have been given a comprehensive education in both traditional and contemporary theory, comedic improvisation, musical theatre, and performance technique. Offering three productions a year as well as a variety of classes, the theatre program is committed to high standards and compelling storytelling.

It is once again SPRING MUSICAL time, and this year the Academy Theatre is proud to present the Broadway musical My Fair Lady. The performances are February 29th, March 1st, 6th, 7th, and 8th. (Download the ticket order form)
This year on Friday, March 7th, Broadway comes to West Chicago as the Academy Theatre presents My Fair Lady. This event will be a benefit performance in support of the scholarship program for Wheaton Academy students. Proceeds from the evening will benefit the twenty-five percent of Wheaton Academy students who receive financial aid.
Another special feature of this night will be the appearance of four children’s cameo roles. To participate in a silent auction and bid on one of these roles, download a bid form.

Ticket Sale Information
- The location for the box office will be in the Fine Arts Center Lobby. (Thursday evening box office hours will be in Academy Hall Room 121. Signs will be posted to direct you.) Check the theatre hotline for details (630-562-7500; then dial ext.7350).
- Tickets will be available for advance purchase to the families of cast, orchestra and crew members. These families will have an opportunity to buy a limited number of tickets before the box office opens to the public.
- We discourage you from bringing children under the age of five to the show due to limited seating.
- The box office will be open for ALL ticket sales during the following hours:
- Thursday, February 21 and Friday, February 22 from 3-7pm – The Box Office will be located in Room 121 of Academy Hall on Thursday February 21 due to Willow Creek.
- Saturday, February 23 from 8-10am and 3-5pm
- Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday February 25, 26, and 27 from 3-6 pm
- Wednesday, March 5 from 3-6pm **** If tickets are still available.
- If you are purchasing tickets by mail, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope, daytime phone number, and the completed form if you want your tickets mailed to you. Tickets can be held for pick-up at Will Call on the nights of the show or you can pick them up during box office hours.
- IMPORTANT – You will be able to request your ticket location by section WHEN you purchase them. There will be a diagram of the seating chart included with this mailing as well as placed in various locations around the school. When you purchase tickets, please make sure you indicate your section preference. Every effort will be made to provide you with your first choice, and we will always seek to provide you the best seats available.
- Seating for performances will begin at 6:30 pm for all shows. Once the performance has begun, seating can only occur at rare intervals because our cast and crews use the aisles to move in and out.
- If you have any special seating needs (wheel chairs, sight or hearing impairments, etc.), please let us know when purchasing tickets so that we may try to accommodate you.
